Louisiana dates worth circling (and the federal ones too)
We file nationwide. Louisiana is home — so those dates get extra ink, next to the federal calendar.

Clients in every state still live on the federal calendar. Louisiana is home, so we keep those dates close too — estimates, sales tax, and a rhythm that punishes anyone who treats it as an annual event.
What we put on the wall
Individual and pass-through due dates, Q1–Q4 estimates, 941 deposit schedules, and the annual W-2 / 1099 mail date. If you collect sales tax, that calendar is shorter.
Bring last year’s return and this year’s organizers in January if you can. March is when everyone else remembers.
