Payroll that does not surprise March

Missed deposits show up as penalties, not as a reminder. The calendar is the product.

Payroll that does not surprise March

Payroll is a timetable: paydays, 941 deposits, unemployment, W-2s in January. When someone “does payroll in QuickBooks” without the deposit schedule, March is when the letter arrives.

How we run it

A fixed payday, filings on the IRS calendar, and a year-end packet you can hand to an employee without apology. New hires get reported. Terminations get a final check that matches the records.

If you have been running payroll from a checking account and a yellow pad, we can pick it up this cycle.
